-H & H Management has about the lowest monthly fee at $65.00 Most large companies are as high as $100.00 a month. We do collect other fees from the tenant - 5 day notices, credit reports, late fees, etc. This saves the investor money.

-We charge a leasing fee equal to 1/2 month's rent based upon a 1-year lease minimum and we pay for the advertising and the credit reports.

-Our monthly reports are mailed out within 3 working days after the last of the month. We receive several calls from CPA's complimenting us on our reports.

-H & H does not profit from the repairs, etc. We use good small contractors who do excellent work for reasonable fees.

-All H & H employees are salaried and do not receive commissions on leases.

-All of the rents are due on the first of the month. If not paid by the 5th, we send a 5-day notice and continue with fast eviction unless the rent is paid.

-We work for the best interest of the investor always.
