Tenant Services: Tenants are always treated with respect! Tenants are important to us. Without tenants, we would be out of business We pride ourselves in being fast on service. If a tenant calls with a repair: no cooling, no hot water, etc., we call the proper repair people immediately. It might take them some time to get there because of other commitments. Most jobs are completed that day or in 24 hours. Some tenants tell us that in previous rentals they have had to wait 3 weeks for a water heater. That is ridiculous and unnecessary. We need the tenants to be happy so they will pay rent and so we don't have to evict them. Tenants need at least an income of 3 times the rent and acceptable credit and no criminal history.
