Our Pricing

• $150 Start Up Fee for the first property, $75 for every additional property
• $95/month Management Fee
• Leasing Fee equal to 1/2 of one month’s rent
• $125 Lease Renewal Fee

You may cancel your property management agreement with us at anytime with a 30 day notice given at the 1st of the same month you want it canceled.
